Logo design for Postrock & More
It’s always nice when something new pops up that gives Belgian music a boost.
Steven Swaenepoel recently launched Postrock & More, a platform dedicated to everything postrock and its many offshoots – with a warm preference for Belgian releases.
When he asked me to design the logo, I was on board.
The result: a rough, monochrome emblem with graphic texture and pulsating lines that remind us of an audio wave, a heartbeat, or a quiet climax just before the explosion.
In addition to the main logo, I also designed adapted versions for the different sections: New Album Review, Concert Review, Playlist… Each with its own name, but in the same recognizable style.
Postrock & More is still young, but already shows promise. If you like intense, layered music and are curious about what’s going on in the Belgian underground – definitely follow!
